Specialized Calculator App Design

The calculator app project was to create an app geared to a specific calculating situation. I chose to create a party budget planner app. Colors were chosen to give it a party feel. The user would input the amount of their total party budget, then allocate amounts to each budget category as needed. They then would use the app to keep track of expenditures and the app would show them how much money remained in each category.
Folder-style tabs make categories easy to visualize and require no explanation that there is information inside. Click on the prototype link above to give it a try.
